As I was photographing a birth for a dear friend (the one pictured left), I suddenly realized that I wanted to do more. No, I needed to do more! I felt such a draw to support the mother, uniquely to her situation.

 

From offering support for other siblings, to hearing her needs to amplifying her voice, to offering education to first-time moms and helping them navigate the pros and cons to make the best informed decisions, I will help support you in your birth!

 

As a certified birth doula, I have training and experience in education, protocol, comfort measures and labor progression to name only a few areas of expertise!

 

I have a deep trust for the process of birth and love to help mamas achieve their birth goals=)
